Getting Inside

Tickets to the actual events are often purchased by PR representatives of D-list celebrities so they can get exposure on the red carpet; however, almost every premiere will have a large quantity of free tickets as well and these are usually given to fans who arrive early.

Premiere Locations

Leicester Square is without a doubt the most commonly used premiere hotspot; however, Trafalgar Square and the O2 Arena also have their fair share. The most popular cinemas in Leicester Square are the Odeon, Empire Cinema and Vue.

One of the best things about visiting London if you’re a bit of a film buff is that virtually every big movie will cross its path during the promotional tour; therefore, if there’s a film you’re excited about in the future, keep a look out in the weeks prior to the release date.
