The small print

  1. The minimum age for our flights is four years old. Children who are aged four and over must be allocated a seat to themselves. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16
  2. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the time they are ordered
  3. The London Helicopter reserves the right to change or terminate the voucher / ticket at any time
  4. Health restrictions may prevent people from flying with us. This includes limited mobility, epilepsy, heart conditions, and pregnancy. Please call us for further advice
  5. Delivery of vouchers is by email PDF for all & in a presentation Gift Box where that option is selected
    Gift Boxes are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery on orders placed before 12:00
    Please note that ‘next day’ delivery will be extended by weekends and Bank Holidays – for example, orders placed after 12:00 on a Thursday will not arrive until the following Tuesday- remember you’ll get the email version immediately!
